Staff have never been overly friendly, however i have been there during busy times so i don't think much of it and understand it can be stressful. The lady i dealt with today, however, in regards to their public holiday hours was outright rude, sarcastic and purposefully degrading. Its upsetting that someone who represents a business would treat someone how she did with me, let alone treat someone like that in general.

All the vet's are good. I've had especially great experience with holistic vet Catherine Schuetz whose breadth of esoteric knowledge & conventional veterinary skills is something else.

My family have used Bondi vet for over a decade and have been nothing more than astounded by their caring attitude and professional vetinary services. Tony is an outstounding vet and showed so much compassion when we had to put out golden retriever down six years ago, I remember him crying as the whole family said goodbye and our white fluff ball went to heaven. I would recommend them over no other cetinary practise in the eastern suburbs

Fantastic atmosphere.
Super welcoming nurse and a very professional and friendly Vet (Dr Alan Marcus).
We always had good feedback from friends about this clinic and we are glad we finally went there.
Not only we were treated as long time friends but also were given a present for our puppy.
