The vets at Greencross on Livingstone Road are so great. They really give my cat the time he needs and even though sometimes they are busy with emergencies, they never rush and really take time to explain what they're doing. Very happy that these guys are my local vet.

Some of the vets here are great but some are shocking. Not overly cheap and vets REALLY work hard on upselling through guilt trip. Nevertheless, I've had a similar experience at many other vets too. So nothing bad enough to be out of the ordinary.

Dr Janet is the best cat vet ever. She is just wonderful and is literally a 'catwhisperer'. She is so caring and experienced. I was devastated when we moved interstate and I had to leave her as our fur baby's vet. Thank you so much.

Our family cat of 15 years died on Australia day, Greencross firstly were open on Australia Day, while a number of Vets naturally were closed.
The cat was quite ill went we arrived and staff attended to it immediately, which was very reassuring for my wife, who was quite upset.
The information on our pet was accurate and the staff were at all times considerate of our emotional state. The cat passed away while at the vets and the staff provided a room for my family to view and say goodbye to our family pet.
They further gave us a part refund on the monies we had paid, due to not being able to provide all the services charge for, due to the cat's demise.
The staff then gave us a number of options on how to deal the our cats body, from no cost at all to as much as you like.
They then keep our beloved family pet in cold storage free of charge while we decided what to do.
I cannot recommend highly enough.
