As the owner of a new puppy I couldn't be happier with the vets and nurses at Potts Point Vet. You feel welcome the second you arrive and you know your pet is in good hands. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the pricing is more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my dogs needs when I called. Very reassuring and offered a few alternatives I could use to calm Pedro's upset stomach.

We've been going to Potts Point Vet for about a year now. Our previous vets were very nice, but not very knowledgeable and kind of haphazard with keeping detailed records of what occurred at each visit. Recently, our 10 month old Pomeranian was hit by a car and had his hip crushed into three pieces. I hope no one else has to experience such a horrendous accident. When we arrived with our puppy, they immediate gave him priority attention (my apologies to other people who had bookings and were waiting patiently). The accident occurred on the weekend, to make things worse. Needless to say, Miriam and her team performed the surgery on a Sunday without hesitation and worked very hard to minimize the cost for us. We've required countless post operation visits and they have not charged us for any of them, which is so thoughtful and generous of them. They've also called every couple of days to check on the progress of our dog. We're so thankful to all the staff there for taking care of our dog and especially thankful for helping to sort out the insurance (they've been such a pain, trying to delay processing the claim). Thank you so much, especially Miriam, Kristie, Lauren and Emily! I wouldn't take our dog anywhere else.

Amazing service and great team. It was busy but they took care of my Burmese kitten and treated his cystitis immediately and gave follow Up care for home without hesitation. Not money hungry like other inner city vets.

They are so amazing at Potts Point Vet. Every time I come in my dog Hendrix is so excited to see the vet (Kristie). They are always so helpful and willing to answer any question big or small. Hendrix has had a very finicky stomach and they have been so patient and proactive in helping figure out his allergies.
