I took my dog Ziggy to Vet Med tonight 50 mins before they were due to close, he was in pain and I was relieved the vet was still opened to see him. Five minutes after we arrived a dog was rushed in choking to the point of having a blue tongue. We waited for well over an hour patiently while the staff cared for the dog in the emergency situation. I do not understand how anyone could possible complain about waiting when a vet needs to attend an animal In danger of dying. We were updated with the progress the team were making with the emergency animal along the way. Eventually Dr Andrew asked the nurse on reception to bring us up to the hospital area so he could treat my dog and watch the dog in danger of choking at the same time. Ziggy was in quite a bit of pain however it wasn't an emergency case and I was more than happy to wait and let the Vet Med team do their job. I have been taking my dog to Vet Med for 7 years, they are wonderful, caring people and the service they provide our community is second to none. I can not recommend this veterinary clinic highly enough.

These guys have cared for my dog for years and have done a great job. Caring vets and nursing staff.... Thank you so much, dish from Jack the cattle dog!

We have been going there for many years and cannot praise the staff enough. The vets are highly qualified and take the time to explain everything without pushing questionable treatments at you. Everyone is friendly and cares about pets and owners.

Made an appointment a week in advance for my dog's vaccination. Arrived on time and kept waiting 25 mins without any communication regarding the delay. Asked how much longer we'd have to wait and couldn't give me a clear answer. I understand animal emergencies happen, however we had the same experience a few years ago with our cat- significant delay and no communication.

We have taken our business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. This vet needs to address its lack of staff and service issues.

Fantastic veterinarian staff but unfortunately since new management has taken over the quality of the customer service has become abysmal. The new manager sat in her office doing nothing while an incompetent employee took forever to serve the waiting customers and when confronted about it she made it clear that she didn't intend to either train her staff properly or to help out in any way. Worth going here for the vet, but would avoid because of new management.
