We have been so impressed by the service we continue to receive from Dr Sam and the whole team at Southern Cross. Our Boston Terrior recently had his BAS surgery and his whole quality of life has been improved. I would recommend this procedure to anyone with a fur baby who struggles to breath and you can rest easy knowing your pet is in the hands of the best vets.

I have been a dog owner for over 15 years and have visited lots of vets. I have never come across a brilliant service like what Sam and his team provide to all their patients (and their families!). They go over and beyond each and every time. I cannot commend them highly enough. They have state of the art facilities and the doctors and nurses are absolute experts in their field. It is so reassuring to see how much all the staff love and genuinely care for your pets, which gives me so much comfort especially in times when I have to leave my little girl in hospital overnight. The prices are very reasonable. I have a little dog who has few chronic conditions that require close monitoring and has been a patient of Sam's for three years. We are moving to Wollongong in few weeks and I'll still be coming up to see Sam with my little girl, as I know that I will never again find a great vet like Sam and all his brilliant staff, so the drive will definitely be worth it. If you are looking for a new vet I would highly recommend you visit Sam and his team at either one of his clinics.

Our Dog Ace had major surgery this week. Ace is so much better and healing.
So glad that cancer is out.
I have to say what a amazing Vet.

This vet is absolutely fantastic and cannot be faulted in anyway in my experience. I have never experienced service of this level before for pets or humans alike: follow-up calls for the most minor treatment, texts and emails updates to let you know how your pet is getting on during more lengthy visits, home visits where possible and after care love and support for both pet and perhaps more importantly owners too. The thing really stood out is the team "being there" for me (the owner) when having anxious moments and concerns about behaviour after surgery... this is really special treatment. Great work Doctor Sam & team

I am currently doing work placement for my Certificate II in Animal Studies at SCVC. I felt very welcomed by all of the staff from my very first day. All of the staff are very knowledgeable in their particular line of work - from the kennel hand, the vet nurses, the receptionists to the vets. I appreciate their patience with me and their willingness and help with constantly teaching me new things. All of the staff are genuine animal lovers with a passion for helping and caring for animals - would highly recommend them for work placement students, people considering applying for jobs here, or people looking for a place of care for their pets! Just this morning after walking one of the dogs that was boarding, I stopped for a chat with a customer and she said to me "You are so lucky to work at the best vet clinic in Sydney!" Indeed, I am!
