One of the friendliest and best coached fitness environments I've been a part of. Jake and Elle have created an awesome space where people from all walks of life and fitness levels can train with first class coaching and make some good friends along the way! Big thumbs up!

I started at Snake CrossFit 2 months ago and it's safe to say I'm addicted. Jake is an awesome bloke that goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in good order and everyone is happy, it is a great supportive friendly environment with a very professional and knowledgeable trainer at the helm. Get down, check it out it's awesome.

I called in to see Jake because I needed to get my training back on track, it's been a great five months. Daily session in preparation for Obstacle course races around Australia. I'm not a crossfitter but that doesn't matter to Jake his focus is on individual fitness requirements. The friendly family feel of the gym is great, plenty of laughs and sweat.
