Make sure to check your order before leaving! 9/10 times they have missed items, or there is next to none of the required fillings on the burgers. Or the fillings are ouside of the buns. Onion rings are always cold. The staff are rude when you advise them of missed items. Bitten too many times, now if the family wants HJ's we go across town or not at all.

We have been getting burgers from this store for years now! it was the first time they stuffed up our order. i wouldnt have complained, as I have also worked in customer service and i can understand. So we, ordered 3 meals and an extra burger today which was around $40. they had never stuffed up our order so we didnt check until we got home. it was three lots of fries we were missing. So we drove back 15mins and tell them the story. she hands me one fries and says this is complementary. i explained to her clearly that we were missing 3 lots of fries. and she says, “I packed the order myself, I remember putting the fries in” Well, clearly not! she tells us to wait in the waiting car area. about 15 minutes later(after probably checking cameras and everything) , they hand us 2 more fries. One of the girls, walks to my dad’s window, when clearly my window was open and then pretty much throws the bag of fries at my dad and walks off! YES! THATS RUDE!! I have worked in customer service myself, and if I made a mistake, i would feel guilty and apologise sincerely. I try to be so polite and nice to the staff drive thrus and this is how they respond. I NEED AN APOLOGY FOR THIS RUDENESS!!

These kids working there are appalling. They're busy talking and laughing, and they will make you wait amd wait for simple orders (you look inside and you will see why). Once I ordered 3 same simple burgers and the ingredients they put in each burger were different. Generally quite rude as well. They have the attitude of "if you don't want it, just leave". When I said to this girl, who said she was the manager on the night shift, "I ordered Sprite not Coke", she said well we don't have sprite so I'm just giving you a Coke". In terms of hygiene, it just beggars belief what is happening right in front of your eyes. These kids do not know what food hygiene is!! I like having Hungry Jack's every now and then when I get sick of Maccas but Jesus I'm not going back to this Hungry Jack's in Ruthven St ever.

This business on Ruthven & Alderley are usually pretty good. 1:30pm today they may have been under lunchtime pressure but sadly our Angus burgers were cold first time and only 'warm' on replacement and did not have a slice of roast beef. I would not go back except i know they can and have done better.
