The food and service is always fantastic the staff are very friendly the best fish and chips in town by far the burgers are great aswell

Gave this shop two opportunities to prove themselves. First time half of the chips were overcooked and salt was only used sparingly. At least the gravy and fish was good. Dismissed the burned chips as bad luck.
Second time. Went in, ordered and the lady taking the order did not look like she wanted to be there. Was abrupt and unpleasant. Asked for extra chicken salt, as the last time, they barely put any on. She made no indication on the written order slip of the extra salt request. Received food and I don't even think there was ANY salt on it. No lemon included with the fish. Food was bland.
Additional issues:
- There is no Eftpos. You will be directed to the 3rd party ATM in the store that will charge you a ridiculous fee.
- Frozen food was left on top of the bench beside the deep fryer, which is an issue considering the number of flies inside the store. Unhygienic.
Will definitely not be returning.
