Unprofessional, rude & you have to fight them to get your deposit returned to your bank. Pay the extra & go to another hire company!

Very dishonest and had to wait over a month to get deposit back, only got deposit back after getting Fair trading to step in.

Had the pleasure of dealing with anne at willhire,hired 2 pantech trucks to move a large house,trucks were very good value in comparison to other hire companys,very good customer service.

I have used them many times and always found them to be excellent. Best rates at $50/day for a ute. They accept a $300 cash deposit which suits me as I won't have a credit card. I have used an eftpos for deposit but it takes a while to come back. Once I had a minor accident in a ute and it needed a new fender, they kept the costs down and I still got a little back from the $300 deposit. Very honest

No problems. Paid the $300 security deposit in cash and got it back straight away when I took the ute back.
No hidden fees and charges like most other car hire places.
