Receptionist lady was extremely rude when i tried to call up to confirm what time i was. Snapped with a very short temper and ended up hanging up on me. Incredibly unprofessional and rude about a simple mistake.

I went for a bit more than a year to get a tattoo lasered off. The facility is very nice with knowledgable staff. The level of tattoo removal is variant depending on the nurse you get though as some will 'hit' the tattoo harder than others. The clinic though had a Q switch laser which has been surpassed in the market by PicoSure laser. It's the only reason I stopped going. My tattoo was taking too long. If they update I'd be back in a second.
