My family and I really value this Medical Centre . Such a wonderful receptionists and caring Doctor. The Doctor makes you feel very comfortable and always dedicated professionally. Waiting time is short. We always now go to crown Medical Centre in Wollongong as we know we receive super service with all the staff. Very much recommended.

Every time I come here I am made to wait up to an hour or more for my appointments I booked at a certain time for a reason. This does not happen anywhere else.

Spoke to a rude receptionist on the phone and she tried to pass the buck about I should contact Medicare for my careplan even though I had one from my general practitioner. This woman was unprofessional and rude and that is no way to treat patients if they want them to continue to patronise there. I am contemplating on leaving this medical centre because of poor service,. But the doctor there is very good.

I came here when the neighbouring medical centre was closed due to a computer upgrade (?!) and was pleasantly surprised how much better they were. Efficient, organised and the receptionist was absolutely amazing. So pleasant.
