As a body corp manager, has let us down repeatedly. Won't reply to emails, failure to put forward our motions (in our absence) at owners meetings, favours executive members of strata plan. Really poor value as a BC manager.

I have worked with Darby Strata on various strata related legal matters. I have found them to be very professional and competent strata managers and I have no hesitation what so ever in recommending their services as strata managers.

Extremely frustrating staff but so nice to your face.
Expect to send your email 3 times in order to get a response.
I try not to phone.
Double check anything you're told regarding strata law with the Dept. Of Fair Trading.
Get your own quotes always.
All tradesmen just love to charge complacent stratas.
Want anything done properly, efficiently, fairly?......do it yourself.
Check all your strata account charges and annual insurances. Strata managers will manage your strata from an office but are rarely on site or trying to minimise costs.
Insurance paid twice.
I found a much cheaper price.
We were charged for another strata's bill.
Several private bills from one lot paid by the strata.
