My wife and I went to the Wollongong yogo center after hear about it from a friend. We went in and the atmosphere was great, very calming and relaxing. There was a good sized crowd coming out of the session before us, ours was the last of the day, the relaxing supportive & fun session. It was beyond great besides my body being stiff as an old door, I felt my body stretch and loosen up. The best part was my sleep! My body was so relaxed I had the best night sleep, I'm currently traveling Australia and sleeping in a van has its downs sides. I strongly recommend check this place out, the staff are great, the yogo is great and I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the the stretch and the workout!!
