Alex is an excellent, caring coach. He genuinely cares for each individual client and does everything to help them achieve their potential. He has helped me achieve things that I never thought was possible (eg 200kg squat).

Alex Roman has been my training mentor for the past 2 years. In this time he has demonstrated a professional and caring attitude in each and every session that I have attended. His personal life is completely separate to his professional career and in no way does anything that Alex may do in his personal life, affected my strong positive opinion of Alex. I consider Alex a good friend and support him.

Alex Roman is a fantastic coach, very knowledgeable and great guy. None of my concern what anyone does in their private life if no one is hurt. I support him 100%. Never felt fitter, stronger and healthier. Love being a part of the CFNG community!
