DMAC fitness has a great atmosphere the gym looks unreal and gets me motivated. I like the easy group session system because it suits my needs with my job and has so much variety. Dave's knowledge has taken my training and health to another level.

For anyone wanting to start a fitness routine, Dmac Fitness is the ultimate go to! Dave is an excellent, dedicated and friendly trainer who caters to everyones fitness levels whether you are a beginner or experienced. He keeps you motivated and also challenges you to reach your fitness goals which I found difficult to do on my own. In my experience Dmac fitness is one of the best parts of my weekly life as it is great to be around people in the gym who not only go there for fitness, but also to have fun! I highly recommend Dmac Fitness!

I highly recommend Dmac Fitness, Dave has help me achieve fitness goals that I never thought I would be able to. I always struggled to stick to exercise or a gym until I started training at Dmac now boot camp is my favourite time of the day. The trainers at Dmac Fitness are very motivating and always giving corrections when needed and offers great fitness advice.

If you're serious about building muscle, dropping bodyfat and maximising your fitness levels, Dmac Fitness is the place for you. Dave offers a highly professional personalised service, he really knows his stuff.

I can’t highly recommended DMac Fitness enough for Personal Training. I trained with Dave for over a year and in that time was very impressed with how much my fitness improved and how much stronger I became. Dave was always focused with helping me achieve my goals, and he always made sure there was variety in every session, as well as it being challenging and fun. Dave also pays very strong attention to technique so that you are always getting the most out of every exercise in the safest way. I thoroughly enjoyed training with Dave as he is a great trainer and he is very passionate about you succeeding in what ever your goals may be!
