What a great Gym, a big thank you goes out to Teri, Tom and Belinda for all their assistance with accommodating my limited ability, they all went out of their way for me and I would highly recommend Switchfit Gym. I hope to be back at the gym in the near future -Thanks again guys you were all wonderful Linda

I've been going to switchfit gym since it opened and I love it. Your made feel so welcome from the time you walk through the door. Its great value for money and it makes exercising fun. highly recommend you try this gym

This is a great place to go for fitness motivation, education and the most fun you will have getting into the best shape of your life. Terri motivates like no one else and does it with a fun and zany personality...Why weight?
