The worst pizza I have ever had. Service was fine but the toppings were completely terrible. The cheese was not melted and the menu did not specify that it had mushrooms.

Terrible terrible !!!don't go there!pizza was disgusting,felt sick after eating it.
Place looked really dirty and staff was unprofessional and rude.

Fairy Meadow deliver wrong order and a horrible pizza, instead of treating customers with dignity and a simple apology, let's get your correct order to you, you get care factor zero and aggressive demands for 1 lava cake to be returned. The entire meal was collected by them minus the lava cake which we ATE after waiting 90 minutes for our correct order. Never again Fairy Meadow, your Pizza Hut equals poor customer service and sub standard food.
Fairy Meadow deliver wrong order and a horrible pizza, instead of treating customers with dignity and a simple apology, let's get your correct order to you, you get care factor zero and aggressive demands for 1 lava cake to be returned. The entire meal was collected by them minus the lava cake which we ATE after waiting 90 minutes for our correct order. Never again Fairy Meadow, your Pizza Hut equals poor customer service and sub standard food.

Its such a shame that Pizza Hut head office allows these people to be the face of the company. Ever since management changed at Fairy Meadow Pizza Hut early in 2015 to Indians (sorry, but its true) we have experienced the worst service. They don't answer the phone so you can order, so we are forced to drive there... they ignore the counter for far too long, while continuing to ignore other customers calls by allowing the phone to ring out multiple times as we wait (3 times during our wait today) when no other customer was in the shop so there was no reason to let it ring out.
More than once they have stuffed our simple order and put different toppings on. After leaving the restaurant and finding this out at home, we call them and they are so rude they argue about it and refuse to refund!
They also have some pet rats running around outside their door and going in and out of their bins non stop. They have been there for at least a year now & going strong. Well done fellas.
Have emailed head office in the past who don't seem to care about these dopes.
Pizza Hut wake up!! Why do you think your competition are way busier than you when you were in Australia years before they kicked off here? Your pizzas are better than Dominos in every way, but you're giving any customers you still have a reason to go there and not come back. Please overhaul your outlets and remove these useless people from their "customer service" role. Get professionals in and watch your business grow again.
