Excellent, prompt and helpful for each flight I have booked. Travelling with a baby and family I have always found the STA team at Wollongong University consistently flexible and patient. Thank you!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a travel agency.
The service is friendly enough, but the booking system they use possesses no guarantee that you will get your booking, even if it says "confirmed" on your receipt and itinerary. I had to sleep at an airport overnight, because their system did not show that backpackers were full.
My suggestion would be to use their information, but do everything on your own.
Never again...
