Unhappy with the service from this lot. I spent so much time chasing them for my booking details that it would have been less stressful and less time consuming if I did it myself.
Can't get the correct flights, even when I had given them the flight numbers, times, dates. Still came back with incorrect details, 4 hours after they confirmed that everything was available. (It's on the screen, how hard can it be to send it), which due to the delay, the price had jumped significantly, and only JUST came in by 2 mins to the deadline to pay.
Inability to pick up the phone and call back when they had promised, lack of customer service. Will never use this mob again.
Definitely do not recommend.

Booked a flight to Germany with them and found that the person that I was making my booking with was very pleasant and helpful. Helped me with my seat allocations as I could not do it on my computer . Had no problems with anything

Was unhappy with how little knowledge the staff had about the whole holiday. Booked a holiday for under 30s told the girl we wanted a young and fun atmosphere in Thailand, we may as well be staying at a retirement village. Contacted staff member to express dissatisfaction, to not even receive a response at all. Will never book a holiday with this company again. Extremely annoyed!
