I could not have asked for more from the Cannon & Ball Team. They were truly wonderful in so many ways. I highly recommend them for their professional and diligent knowledge and expertise, and the love and care that they show to their patients. Their advice, wisdom and support was invaluable. No Starts at all but it forces me to give at least 1 in order to post this review. Not everyone has money for an operation right there on the spot. My dog suffers from cronic ear infections since she had pups. Im told that its quite common and she will most likely suffer from them for the rest of her life. The vet told us on this particular occasion that my dog needed an operation to correct the issue but it was not emergency surgery so I had time to get the money together. They offered an injection of antibiotics but said that it would most likely do nothing, so we decided instead to put that money towards the operation where it was most needed. The vet stipulated that the bill would be about $800. Im a low income earner and I do not qualify for Vet Pays so it took me a month to save up the money. Cannon and ball staff did no follow up's, made no offer to help and instead reported me to the RSPCA. The RSPCA seized my dog whilst we were not home and then lied to me telling me she was picked up as a stray. I was given a fine for withholding veterinary care and I found out later that RSPCA uses Cannon and Ball vet and the surgery was conducted by them. My dog was then returned to me upon me paying the money for the surgery and RSPCA fee's. Now I ask you, if they really thought my dog was at risk, do you think anyone in their right mind would return her? After obtaining a copy of my records from the vet, I found that they had written in the records that the antibiotics were offered but declined, no mention of the fact that the vet had stipulated that the antibiotics would be useless. In my mind this was nothing more than a money grab and I will be fighting it in a court of law.

One of my cats passed last year while I was in Europe and my partner ran to this vets, unfortunately she passed away before he got there - however they held the body for him for a week for free and sent us a beautiful card saying sorry she passed.
I took my other cat there for an infection he picked up and they were so kind and let me visit everyday and handled him very well!
My old boy passed away recently we had him put down due to a major stroke and the vets came to the house and gave him the needle and he passed away peacefully in my arms and I can't thank this vet enough for how kind their staff are and their genuine love for animals! We also received a card for his passing.
