Avoid - Not reputable. I rented a car here from the friendly staff and all was going well... until I returned the car. Staff pointed out a tiny scratch on the bottom of the front bumper and proceeded to invoice me nearly $1000 for the damage (about 600 euro). The car already had other scratches on the driver door, etc. that were noticed during pre-inspection. Even if the scratch was new, the damage charge was clearly the way they make their money. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ordered a passat estate, when we arrived they told us they didn't have passat at this location. offered us a small BMW 2-series as replacement or an Opel Insignia, both smaller than the passat. We went for the insignia. Seatbelt on the drivers side didn't work properly, the nozzles for windshield-wiperfluid pointed everywhere, but on the screen and finally the parking-assistant didn't work properly.... all in all a terrible location for renting cars:)

Without doubt the worst experience we've ever had.
The rental agent told us the car was Diesel (both myself and wife heard) we filled up with Diesel and then told its petrol once returned and charged EURO2300. Then they refused to provide documentation of the damage and costs.
Lesson learned that you ignore the "rental agent" and read the manual. And also found out the actual cost to repair is EURO100...
***CARE*** If you use them, do not trust what they say and read all details/information carefully as once they have your Credit Card details they will charge an Excess cost without any cosultation.
