Location was awesome. Directly connected with train station hence guest can wait till train departure time in comfort. Room was spacious for ibis! Very comfortable too. Staff was very accomodating.

Centrally located at the main train station. Clean, quiet, air conditioned rooms. Good value.

I am so disappointed. We were travelling through Innsbruck and I told my Partner we can stay only in this hotel bcose I know the brand and I know what I get for my money.
Well...no... I am so said. The room was auwful. Someone sat on the bed before us and the bin was full with garbage. The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet seat was dirty and were black hair in it and also on the shower wall. The room was with disabled facilities and all the plastic handgrips were dirty. I was waiting the morning so badly to leave this place! So said, so disappointed...

This hotel is located few steps away from central station and just few minutes walk from city center. Big and clean rooms, friendly service and the perfect location, made my stay very comfortable.

The hotel is right next to the train station. It is spacious and clean. The main city centre is within walking distance, about 15mins from the hotel. However, there isn't any eateries nearby besides those in the train station. Proper restaurant is at least two streets away. Recommended for convenience.
