Friendly staff, you imagine yourself at the counter of a hotel. Very fancy campsite. All amenities are available, often at a cost. More focused on caravans and mobilhomes than tents though. Not a fan of the division in Luxusplatz, Komfortplatz and Standardplatz, seems like a money grab.

The staff were insanely friendly and helpful, even though I turned up 2 hours later than I said I would and was so tired from the long drive that I wasn't making much sense. I visited Easter 2017, and stayed for two nights in my tent and one night in one of the the sleeping pods.
For staying in a tent the pitches aren't ideal as you're surrounded by camper-vans, so it would have been nice if we'd been able to get a cheaper pitch and just camp in a field nearby. I wouldn't reduce my star rating for that though.
The sleeping pod we decided to treat ourselves to as it was the last day of our holiday. It was awesome, super romantic. My girlfriend actually squeaked with excitement when we went inside for the first time.
The facilities (showers, toilets, etc.) are without doubt the best of any campsite I've ever stayed at. That might just be because the Austrians are better at setting up campsites than the British though, I'd need to visit some other Austrian campsites to say.

Extremely nice camping with nice wiews.The toilets and showers is in did something extra.
Never seen an camping with so nice facilities.Big+about that.
The very nice restaurant has the best pizzas we ever have been eaten and the prices is low.
Supercamping.

Great location close to Innsbruck.
We were just doing a stopover but ended up staying more than a week. Very friendly staff, excellent facilities, large pitches and a lake that holds at least 22-23 degrees C.
Free hot showers and a stunning view from some of the pitches adds to the experience.
I highly recommend and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Free hot showers and a stunning view from some of the pitches adds to the experience.

This campsite is located around 12km from Innsbruck and is served by a regular hourly bus service. The facilities at the campsite are outstanding - the shower block has to be seen to be believed. The washing block is also very large with large sinks, places do wash one's clothes and of course washing and drying machines.
The campsite is built around the small lake Natterer See and in the summer one can swim there - where I was there in April, perhaps only the really keen would do so.
Whereas Innsbruck is close and that has to be one of the main attractions in Austria, one can also use the campsite as a base for exploring the countryside although on bicycle this is for those that are fit or have electric power!
All around there are mountain views.
An added attraction for those that are seeking organic food is that in the village which is located around 700 metres from the campsite is a fish farm where one has a choice of eight species of very fresh fish - so fresh that it is alive when you choose it. The fish farm also has fresh eggs. From a nearby farm one can also purchase fresh eggs and milk.
The campsite also has a shop and a modern looking cafeteria.
