Excellent location and very friendly staff. Though, room furniture adds a period touch but need doesn't fit well with rest of the decor. We stayed in family room but was facing at the junction of two main roads and was noisy at night.

The reception was quick and we got to our rooms within 10 minutes. The lady at reception was on point and very friendly. She knew what she was talking about with local transport and booked us a taxi whenever we needed it. The breakfast was fairly limited, however, for the price was at a high quality for the expensiveness of Innsbruck. The rooms were pretty clean, but some furniture was quite old. We weren't there for long enough to know everything, but the beds were comfortable and there were enough power plugs for most people. There was no hair dryer in the room but they gave us one upon request, which is understandable. The showers were amazing, they were powerful and the water went up to some awesome temperatures. The toilets were clean, and towels were soft, unlike quite a lot of places. Checkout was fast, and the lady at reception was very helpful in telling us details about bus routes and taxi fares if we needed to get somewhere. All in all, a very pleasant stay, cheapest hotel in Innsbruck, but also, not bad just because it's cheap.
