war im August ein paar Tage dort. Toller Ort. Die Yogastunden sind sehr detailliert , engagierte Lehrer, die auch vor Ort wohnen. Spaziergänge und Wanderwege vor der Haustür. kann ich weiterempfehlen.

I just came back from a Yoga holiday in their location in Mittersill at the Sonnberghof hotel. The yoga is booked thru Sivananda and the hotel thru the hotel. It was a fantastic experience. The yoga teachers even translated every word in English, so I could understand all they were saying, they were warm and lovely people. The Asanas were not too difficult. The vegetarian food was great. Certainly an experience I would like to try again. Thank you for everything Andrea and Gudrum
