Wonderful hotel with superb location in Klagenfurt. Stylish and modern rooms, but beware, only the toilette is separated from the room, the shower and the wash basin is integrated in the room itself. Dinner with room service is possible, the Wienerschnitzel was very good. Breakfast is quite expensive, but definitely worth it. After breakfast you can enjoy coffee in the beautiful park of the hotel. Parking is free of charge.

Family of 3 in a Superior room. Bath room in the room with no door. Showering in front of my 15 year old girl is not cool. Room looks nice. Toilet in separate room but no sink to wash hands. Light switch in the toilet filthy and just an example on how unhygenic this room-setup is. Not much in the area. SPA area is nice. Outside is fantastic.

Excellent hotel and service is 5 star. Staff are friendly and helpful ans you have a wonderful view. Food served here is excellent

Great hotel with a nice restaurant and bar. Service was excellent, food was pricey but delicious. The bar is the perfect place to end the day.
Rooms are OK. Fancy design however you can't open the window at those facing the street. Simply too noisy all day long

Location is alright, a little bit away from the town center, the rooms are nice and complete with all necessary convenience. Breakfast is also good, with plenty of choice.
