Pænt, rent. Ligger godt ifht. Loiben og Durnstein. Fri parkering. God mad og venlige værter. Kontant betaling - ikke kort. Tager betaling for almindelig vand i restauranten.

Horrible service and attitude in the Restaurant
We came for a drink and some snack, bur the waiter was very uninviting.
The menu was only partially translated in English and we wanted to try from the wine selection since the area is known for their wines, we could not understand the wine menu since it was not translated.
When we asked the waiter he got angry and said that there is nothing to understand, there is RED or WHITE wine, and left us.

Sind jedes Jahr in Dürnstein und Übernachten immer im Stockingerhof.
Können schlechte Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
Zimmer sehr sauber mit schöner Aussicht.
Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Heuriger Garten sehr gemütlich, Essen und Trinken vorzüglich. Wirt Peter ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wer ihn unfreundlich erlebt hat, wird es wohl nicht besser verstehen.

We stayed at this place for a couple of hours for lunch after a long hike. The food was great and the service superb. Everyone is really nice there and very welcoming

We really can recommend this place. Nice hotel with clean & light rooms. Good breakfast! Very friendly hosts can show u the perfect places to your wishes. But for dinner we most stayed at their tavern cause the have excellent wines & great food! Best Ripperl and great homemade smoked variation! We come again!
