Habe mir letzte Woche einen 1er BMW ausgeborgt und war überrascht, wie extrem schnell und unkompliziert alles ablief. Die Dame war sehr nett & das Auto total sauber. Werde mir bestimmt wieder mal hier ein Auto ausborgen

Mitarbeiter vor Ort am Hauptbahnhof sehr nett, bemüht, mir wurde sogar ein extra Angebot gemacht für die Vollkaskoversicherung - Top! Begleitung zum Auto, zu der Schlüsselbox, allgemeine Erklärung - Alles top!
Rückgabe am Montagfrüh, da musste ich mehrere Runden fahren, damit ich einen freien Sixt Parkplatz finde, nur mit Glück wenn jemand wegfährt - nicht so top.
Mitarbeiter vor Ort am Hauptbahnhof sehr nett, bemüht, mir wurde sogar ein extra Angebot gemacht für die Vollkaskoversicherung - Top! Begleitung zum Auto, zu der Schlüsselbox, allgemeine Erklärung - Alles top!

This is a new experience on my 3 rental in April and big disappointment of the customer service there when I wanted to pick up the I3 as ordered they refused my visa card as a debit card even they have taken it few days before and withdrawn 147 EUROS from it
The responsible manager was not reachable
And all my attempts to reach any kind of customer service online didn't help
I did get a mail explaining why ???
Now after trying to contact to reach the Sixt customer service in weekend hours it's impossible
So they mainly are
concentrated on companies and not so much on private the SIXT business concept and have been satisfied with the service so after 11 days in Jordan in november I saw the weekend offer of a BMW I3 for less than 100 euro and booked it from the vienna main railway station -friendly personal and a brand new car with range extender-a small 10 liter tank for the emergency when running out of electric power
-the first problem I noticed at low temperatures as in mid december is the power consumption in comfort -the fully charged battery was in city driving using 25%
of its capacity for 10km drive-so I studied the instruction manual and found the ECO+ mode and the driving range extended nearly 50%-but I had to go for the power charger next morning to the other side of Vienna -the DC charger AT BMW made 80 % in 20 min and was free even the coffe for the w1aiting time to
so I made a trip to Baden and drove up a small road the car handles excellently and I got a lot of energy back on the way down -so I went in the evening back to the railwaystation for the recharge -sorry no recharge but 3.50 for entering the garage parking 30 min-so back to BMW in Heiligenstadt closed and locked charger so the second one on the gürtel technical problem 1 so I started the emergency motor with the 90km limit and it works fine in the ECO mode Vienna has a parking problem and ecars have no privilges like other cities one wonders that the green party has been ruling for several years now!??
I just wanted to know where I can get the car quickly recharged as the free and always available Tesla power charger on Wienerberg maybe SIXT ? can do it good for the promotion of any Ecars otherwise people have to have a private garage charger

But not the service attendance for non business customets

Great customer service. I showed up two hours early and my car wasn't ready. Agent offered available cars and gave me upgrade for only quarter of price. Spent 5 minutes between walk-in and drive out. Agency just few steps from parking. Return was easy, good signage in parking to find. Return took just one question and 30 second to pass keys. no hassle, no rip-offs, invoice was clear and with out surprises. Like Sixt, always great selection of car and great customer service. Have been used this company in a different countries and have the same experience. And trust me i am not easy to please :)
