Years back in the early nineties, I have been recommended for an operation on my voice lip in order to enable a smoother sound.
It ended with a week long pain from a swollen troat caused by typical hospital germs.
After treatment very poor.
Instead of having a "smoother" voice, my voice sounded like a goat.
I feel so much misleaded by predictions. I sacrificed my voice for an experiment.
This should not happen!
It has taken years and long lasting speaking lessons to come back to a normal voice. Even now, twenty years later there are still intonation problems.

Great Hospital! you get treatment, no matter if insured or not. The staff is nice, and really care. Due to this facts, many people go there regularly resulting in long waiting queues in the ambulances. I guess it's not right to blame the hospital, for being popular amongst people. I love it. Thank God, such a place exists - otherwise a beloved friend of mine would be not in this world anymore.
