Well, this is a place where service personal is always right and individuals are always wrong.
When you phone up and try to place an application you land on a tape: friendly inviting voice.
Once talking to someone it is easy to end in a misunderstanding. Quickly the situation changes to "unfriendly"... 😞
I experienced that staff from this authority tries to turn arguments around against an applicant.
Not my favorite place.
