Worst service I've ever encountered, the server blatantly ignored us and was incredibly mean and cold. The food ranges from terrible to decent.

Very mean and unhelpful waiter, the service is horrible. Also we have to pay for tap water and there is a fee for the bread and napkins! (Per person) the pasta is pretty good, but the fish we had was pretty dry and tasteless.
