I give 5 stars because I want it to get better. I live close to this place and it has a HUGE POTENTIAL, but HUGE. There are many new buildings close to Kagraner Platz with a lot of middle class people, also Donaustadt is receiving many citizens from another districts. At weekends they have to stay at home because there is no place to have a miserable burger
The main problem of this EKZ was the main investor (Arabic/Turkish), who converted the interior into a Bazar (awful middle restaurant, awful butcher halal, awful kebab fast food area, awful humus cheap shop) and this created of course a horrible ambiente. The good restaurants, located on the first floor, shut down because nobody wanted to go through the bazar and it is understandable. They closed after six months, all of them.
Who is gonna eat at this place? They had to pay me to stay there. Fortunately this investor is gone and with him all these ugly shops and the EKZ can be rebuilt from scratch. You have wonderful doctors there, WGKK, Kindergarten, an Art Gallery, a gym, a Notar, a beautiful penthouse for events and you put an extension of Reumannplatz at the entrance.
Owners of this place: don't be silly, people are literally crying to get a nice restaurant close and not to go to Napoleon, which is the only one available. You have to choose, fast food or services for middle class. Guess who will pay you the rent at the end of the month
The restaurants must be available at weekends, not everybody wants to go to DZ to eat. Get a famous franchise like Segafredo, they would improve a lot the main hall
