Dear google, I have missed the bus because of this wrong location. I cannot find anywhere or anyone to raise this issue to. Because of this error, I have to spend more money to buy a new bus ticket and waste time waiting for the next bus. Please give me a contact so I can speak to you personally.

Mall with lots of options to buy or to eat. There are free WiFi and toilets. It has good connections and electronic board with info about bus departures and arrivals

The bus terminal is awful. It doesn't have a waiting section that is inside so if the shopping centre is closed already tough luck. You can remain freezing outside. Nothing works, there isn't a vending machine even there plus nothing in the vicinity works either. If you are in transit only and don't happen to miss the bus (or the bus doesn't show up) so you don't need to spend alot of time here. Especially after shopping centre closing hours. You are in luck.

A bus terminal. Easy to find, and easy to locate the right bus.
There is a shopping mall attached to it for all your shopping needs, also some cafes and restaurants if you need food or drink before/after your bus.
Toilets in the mall too, clean and free.
