Overcharged as compared to online booking site. Cleanliness is not perfect, improvement is required.

Is almost two and half months i live inside, for work issues, some of things, are not a European quality standard, but if you come in Baku, and don't want to spend a fortune with 55 manats = 22 euro a day you can stay discretely.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly staff. Good location, not far from the metro and lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Large clean rooms, passable breakfast.
