Restroom is .40EU?!! I already bought tickets and you're charging to use the facilities?? I understand Belgians are filthy and leave waffle droppings in the streets. Hopefully someone leaves a protest in the hall or steps. Also, no wifi in the lounge area. Other than the scratch on the screen, the sound during the trailers was balanced toward the right, then during the movie the sound was distorted when it got loud, and the projection stopped in the middle of the movie, but only once, so that's okay (not!). So much for moderate expectations or professional delivery.

I went to check about some tickets that Orange had given me for free. I went to the ticket zone and the person who attended me spoke bad french I wasnt understanding. She do not speak anything else. As I dont understand she started to become nervous and was sighing too loud and putting faces to me until she has started to talk to me in a really bad manner and almost shouting. And I still dont know why. Of course I did not go to watch a movie and will never go to a place to disrespect me.

Nice place, really great audio quality, the image is really good too but not the best i've seen in a cinema. The seats are suuuuuper comfortable. PopCorn is good. Movies are usually in original version with FR/NL subtitles.

Cinema hall is tiny, even feature films are presented in tiny rooms, the screen is barely bigger than a sophisticated home cinema and the quality average at best. Sound is a far cry from great.
Why am I, as a guest of this house who leaves roundabout 60-70 EUR (for two) for the film, drinks and snacks, required to pay for using the toilet to a annoying toilet attendant that doesn't even clean the toilets properly? Why the hell do they expect me to have change in my pocket when I pay a visit to the toilet during a movie? I already spent all my cash on iced tea thats 4 EUR!
Why is the cashier discussing with me why I need to have an UGC subscription when I already told them that I wasn't interested? You do not discuss with customers - you try to please them.
Customer last is the motto of this place.
One star is for the quite delicious popcorn. It's not organic though neither are the people serving you friendly in any way.
Better try Cinematek - they're great!
