Horrible rude and disgusting man in taxi number 0227 who picked us up from hotel Amselmus this morning. After meeting so many nice people in Brussels and Brugge it was awful to have had this experience of him shouting at us in public. Don't ever book a cab from this company again.

Showed up on time. Driver was very nice. Ignore the bad reviews and use this service. We arrived earlier than expected.

If I could give 0 star, I would! Taxi booked 24h in advance, I got written confirmation. The taxi showed very late. And the taxi driver was rude, asking for a huge tip even he was late...The guy answering the phone is very rude and doesn't care about customers at all. Avoid this company as much as possible

Useless to make a reservation, they will never respect it and often they forget about it. If you have to catch a train better to call them one hour in advance! Extremely rude with customers.

Most probably the worst taxi company we have ever used. Booking in advance means nothing evidently. The operator is beyond rude, and when calling to find out where our taxi was (Already late - impacting our train journey) he cancelled the taxi altogether. Please use Taxi Moons instead as he is very kind and helpful! (0032 485 911 727).
