I booked more than once from them and for long periods, however their staff is very rode. There was a very small scratch that you can't see unless u stare at it and they charged me for 280 euros!!. And when I asked why they said either you pay it or we will take it from your visa, without even explaining why it costs this much.

As canadians we decided to rent a car and tour to bastogne. We were never given a map and no one offered help in getting out of brussels. To make a long story short we ended up at a gas station to ask for help. While sitting there in the car stopped, a cargo van clipped the front of our car and tore off the hood and grill. If we had been given a map and some attention at the rental office, perhaps none of this would have happened. I will not use Europcar again.
