The room was clean, but really small. You could hear everyone else in the hotel if the window was open, and since it was warm and there was no fan or AC, the window had to be open. But the location was really good - a short walk to the city center and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were available to answer questions and give directions.

Besides the fact we only stayed 1 night. The hotel was pretty lousy besides the comfortable beds it has a small smelly bathroom and the tv was old I didn't think anyone uses those kind anymore not even digital! And the staff were rude when we checked out calling our room 10 minutes before we even could. Spare of the moment place really.

Very supportive and friendly staff.
Clean rooms. Nice room service.
10 minute walk to most attractions in Brussels.
Good place to stay.
Beds are not so comfortable.

An absolutely fantastic location. Super convenient for tourists, especially for those who want to see Brussels but also other great places in Belgium. Additionally paid breakfast worth buying
