Great location, great staff, great room, great service and a great breakfast! This hotel has made our Belgium trip amazing, we stayed here one night, and enjoyed every minute of it! There was especially one man in the reception(manager maybe?) who lifted the experience to the high level it was. Upon arrival, 3hrs before the original check-in, we got the key to the room. He showed interest in our trip, what we wanted to do and gave us a map where he pointed out what we could do.
The breakfast was so good! Lots of different food, drinks and coffee.
If I return to Belgium, I will book this hotel without even checking any others!

Great priced for such an upscale hotel. Beautiful and clean, beds were awesome. Only issue is elevators can only take one person with 1 suitcase, very small.
