If you can, try to find other Partenamut, here they don't care about you... no education. I just went to other Partenamut at Courone, and the situation that was impossible to resolve here (Kantoor Elsene) at Couronne (Av. de la Courone 215, 1050) they made it in 5 minutes.

Don't go to this office unless you speak french, or enjoy being yelled at. We were recommended Partena (because they're supposedly used to expats) and this office is located just 30 seconds from our flat, but we did not have a good first experience. The fist lady answered all our questions in french and filled out the forms incorrectly. We then got to talk to her colleague but she just yelled at us, and really treated us as idiots when we were trying to understand the system and wanted to buy the extra insurance they offer.
Later we visited the Partena Office in the european district, the help there was excellent and we will continue to visit that office.
