I prefer to give 0 stjerner. Unfriendly, no service. It takes at least 30 minutes to get somebody at the telephone.

Had serious problems getting any kind of service via their phone and my personal account manager, but ended up going to their small office in Uccle which was super efficient. He pointed out some flaws and missing documentation which we were able to clear out at once. Had the reimbursement a few days later. My advice: go to their office and get everything done.

Avoid at ALL costs. "Forgets" to reimburse you. Doesn't respond to emails. When you call, they say they don't have the information they need to check your account.
