Rooms tired, staff unpleasant. Apparently non-smoking throughout but cigarette smell lingering in the corridors and lifts. Shower water either scalding hot or freezing cold. Accor can do better.

It close to the station (across the road) and is a mile or so from the centre. Its in a little bit of a funny area but I wouldn't say its a bad neighbourhood, it just seems a little run down. Parking was a challenge and as there is a street market outside the front door on a Sunday you can't park outside without getting locked in until late afternoon. The hotel itself was simple and clean, nothing overly special.

Conveniently located for arrivals via Eurostar or short trip by train from Brussels airport. Rooms are clean, staff helpful. Perfect for business travellers.

Loved it! The staff was quick, efficient and friendly. We showed up after midnight, there was a doorbell and attendant who answered immediately. They were very informative and accommodating. Rooms were immaculate and beds were SO comfortable. The day we stayed there was a market outside, SO MUCH FUN! All kinds of cool stuff and friendly people! Would definitely recommend!

The location is next to the train station but not in a safe area. Outside the hotel at night you will find people sleeping on the streets. The room appears to be clean but make sure you check your bed. I removed the decorative throw on the bed and found urine. I do not recommend this location.
