The front office is wonderful. I was however very disappointed with the male ophthalmologist - he was extremely unfriendly and I believe deliberately obtuse. Generally an ass. I had to go back to the office because he, in his infinite wisdom, choose not to do a bifocal exam - something his office staff had measured on the glasses I was wearing.

Nope I will not be going back, I wish my insurance had not paid him, yes I asked them not to pay him but apparently it is the law in Belgium to pay even when the exam is unsatisfactory..

Incidentally I was referred to this office by a contact lens specialist.
