I have just tried to phone the number on my Avis contract 027306211 and the person who picked up the phone just put it down again without speaking! According to the contract I must take the car to the Brussels Airport Arrival Hall, Zaventem 1930! Unsurprisingly the GPS in the car does not accept such an address. There are no GPS co-ordinates on the website and if there are they are well and truly hidden...

Really bad experience. Twice booked a car and every time had problems with rude staff.

Same as above, don't expect them to answer the phone... 30 minutes on hold ("position #1") only to get kicked over to another automated system that gave me the office hours(I called during regular hours), email address, and then hung up on me.
