Do not stay there if you have children over the age 12. Hotel policy is that they have to get there own room. My niece was 16 years old and they made us to pay for 2 rooms. Ubsurd

Sitio de lujo, elegante, con buena atención del personal. Las habitaciones simples son limpias pero en muchas presencia de TV antiguas que ya no se venden en las tiendas. El sistema de calefacción es bueno en las habitaciones pero falta posibilidades de refrescar con aire acondicionado especialmente cuando el sol da en las ventanas: fuerte calor

The tub and sink are completely plugged and the rooms are very hot. No air conditioning only Heat. Fans ordered but no delivery. Wake up calls don't happen. Lower floors are beautiful but the rooms are shot and some are grimy.
Fine for a convention but not a place you want to stay. It has the air of a place that's trying to be sold. Out of 14 travelers on OAT, we all agree that this is bad!
