My margarita was in a small glass to begin with and they didn't even fill it up all the way (see picture) and the gin and tonic was made with flat tonic. So our cocktails were really gross, which was a disappointment after waiting ages for them to bring them to the table (we could see them sitting at the bar ready). We were one of two couples in the restaurant so they weren't busy.
They were also out of French fries. Food was nothing amazing, on the small side and overpriced.
The building itself is pretty.
We won't be coming back.

Great atmosphere; cozy, good attention and varied menu. Walking distnce from the plaza.

Pretty interior, nice patio to sit.
The service was first really nice and pleasant but after a shift switch, the second waitress was moody and didn't pay attention.
The red wine was ok, the grilled trout mediocre (good for Bolivian standards, not for European). The fish wasn't hot, the sidesalad was only green leafed with croutons. Not worth the money.

The good thing was the kiwi gin tonic. I might come again but just for drinks.

This is place where you can share a very nice dinner and have some beers, it is very reliable and has different options on the menu.

Great for groups, food is tasty, although portions are small, unlike their pricing. Despite that it's a good place to eat.
