Quality rooms, excellent breakfast but Location is disappointing. Misleading to say it is a short walk to the old town, it is over 2 km! Plus Hotel is above the main bus station so very noisy.
When raising problems with the reception they are not interested and quite rude. I suggested a discount off the hotel rate would be appropriate given the issues and they offered me 2 euros, quite ridiculous!

Beds are cheap, linens are harsh and have holes, loud music plays all night because it's right next to a club. I come here to sleep and I'm very disappointed.

excellent hotel in west part of Mostar. Located in vicinity of bus station and a lot of small pubs. Prices are reasonable, rooms great and clean. WiFi available via vouchers handed out on reception. Breakfast is outstanding.
