We were having a good evening, however that ended when the waiter came over to us and said that we had to pay up and leave as a new group had arrived and needed our seats. He then said that we owed double what it said on the menu, citing "morning prices" which are not mentioned anywhere and which were simply him trying to extort us. Eventually we left what we actually owed on the table and walked off after the waiter tried to grab me on the way out. Would avoid and go to somewhere else

Our server tried to cheat us out of some money right off the bat-- firstly, we picked some drinks off the menu, and not until after they already prepared the drinks they told us that they would be nearly double the price listed on the menu, which the server cited "oh those are the morning prices" which is total BS because they aren't even open in the morning nor does the menu indicate that in any way.

Additionally, when telling us that they didn't accept coins, he said they could accept Kuna bills and he would calculate the exchange for us. I saw what he typed into the calculator and he typed 13 Kuna per euro as the exchange rate instead of 7 Kuna per euro, nearly double the accepted rate! Total scum move and this guy should be fired so the reputation of establishment could in some way be restored, since previous reviews seem to indicate this is a common occurrence.

I wish I had read the reviews before going, we too had a DISHONEST WAITER who tried to rip us off.

We asked for a drink list and the waiter said that there was none, but that they had everything, so we ordered two beers, a Radler and a Tuborg, to be specific; then we saw that the other table had a drink list. He brought two bottles and one glass and asked us to pay, so I gave him 10€ (20km) for which he gave me only 7km change. I was surprised for so little change and I asked him about the exchange rate (2km = 1€ everywhere else) and he gave me 1.5km more, to which he added „10km bill plus 1.5km exchange commission“ (his own commission maybe, because all other places don‘t charge commission). The price still seemed steep compared to other places in Mostar, so I went to looked at the drink list by the entrance and saw that our beers were 3km each! I went to complain to him about this and he said that those were the „day prices“ when the place was a cafe, at night (from 7pm) the place is a club and everything is more expensive. I asked him again for a list with those prices and he only gave me a list with liquor bottles and he added that all beers where 5km. That didn’t make any sense, since on the normal „day“ list the beers range from 3km to 6km. The other table still had the normal list with the normal prices, they were locals and were smoking Shisha together with the waiter.

To make things worse, the restrooms had an unbearable smell and the toilet and the wall behind it were splattered by sh¡t! Who does that? And what kind of place doesn’t clean their toilets regularly?

Advise to the owner: You should check your staff better, because they are ruining the reputation of a unique place by overcharging and cheating the tourists! We have been in BiH for a week and this is the only negative experience that we’ve had.

The place is very nice but a wailer cheat us, and a group of people before us too. He gave the people wrong change. I saw a person talking with him and saying it was wrong. I dindt notice because I give me back a coin of 5 "Marc" (2,50€) but when I tried to pay in another place they told me this was 5 kunas (0,7€)

So take care and check the change before leave

The club looks great, being inside a cave in the center of Mostar. The staff however, was terrible. They constantly tried to rip us off by asking higher prices for drinks than that locals paid! Futhermore, the music really sucked.
