I rented a car through Minell's website. After confirming all my details I was required to put in my credit card details to confirm the booking. Shortly after I received an email confirming the booking for the next day. I then proceeded to book events based on having a car to use. At 8.30pm that evening I received another email from Minell, this time saying 'no car is available'. I would recommend not using Minell's website to book a car as there is obviously a chance this booking won't be honoured.
