For a 5* hotel, MANY things need to be improved. Cleanliness of the rooms, food preparation and presentation, grumpy staff needs to be more professional, faster, efficient and helpful; especially at the reception desk! I do not understand why is this place so upscale! Only benefit of it is a great location and nice outdoor seating during the summer, and absolutely nothing else!

A perfect location, could not be better. A modern hotel, quite chick but in the last five years it has suffered some blows. Maintenece should be the focus here. Still a firm 4

Extremely bad service. I stay at hotels almost every week but I have never encountered such rude staff (in the bar/restaurant). Would not recommend this hotel.

Spent here a coule of nights during the business trip, no complain, all good, breakfast OK as well, suites spacy, cozy, good location of the hotel exactly in the middle of the city center. We liked that.

Very central location near the old market. Dining and shopping options are just outside the door. Recently excavated 15th century inn is the backdrop for the patio restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious with nice amenities. Well insulated from sound.
